In Ulaanbaatar, driving can be hectic if you don’t know the rules of Ulaanbaatar traffic. The roads in Ulaanbaatar are terribly narrow and are damaged. According to Mongolian law, drivers must carry their driver's license and vehicle license at all times while driving.

Here are the necessary details of Ulaanbaatar traffic, which can help new people.

In Ulaanbaatar, every driver gets 10 points, and these points are deducted as per traffic violation done by drivers. If any driver violates the speed limit, then he/she needs to pay MNT 48,000 (USD 16.8) as a penalty, including a deduction of two points.

• On Wednesday, you can drive if the number ends with 3 or 8.
