Delhi weather in November becomes cool and pleasant, and the cool season just gets into full swing. The average temperature keeps at about 21℃ (70℉) and the average highest temperature can climb to about 28℃ (82℉) in the midday. However, when the sun goes down, the temperature drops rapidly, to around 13℃ (55℉) averagely at the lowest level.
