Day 1 Arrival in Beijing
Our tour guide will welcome you outside the customs of the Capital Airport after you retrieve your luggage and clear the customs, and then transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city and get ready to the following exciting Beijing Zhangjiajie tour.

Day 2 Beijing
You will visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City this morning. As the largest city center square in the world, Tiananmen Square has many constructions of great historical significance built on it. Keeping strolling to the north end of the square, you will reach the Forbidden City, an imperial palace with a history of more than 600 years. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of Heaven which was originally built by the imperial family to worship the Gods of Heaven.

Day 3 Beijing

In the morning, you are going to take an excursion to the well-known Mutianyu Great Wall with the round way cable car included. In ancient China, the Great Wall was not only built as a military defense system, but also used to send messages by firing the beacon towers on the wall. The Beijing itinerary in 7 days will be extended to a famous local market, where you will have some time to explore it on your own. On the way to the market, we will drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). A stop will be made for you to admire its amazing appearance.

Day 4 Beijing - Zhangjiajie
Today's Beijing Zhangjiajie tour starts from China's largest imperial garden, the Summer Palace, which earns its reputation for the perfect combination of natural landscape and gardening design. You will see the Ming and Qing style buildings connected by zigzagging corridors and bridges distributing among the hills and lakes harmoniously. Next you will have a Hutong tour to experience the original local culture by taking a special rickshaw riding through the various Hutongs and to know about Old Beijing's manners and customs. Then pay a visit to 798 Art Zone. After that, you will take a flight to Zhangjiajie and check in the hotel.

Day 5 Zhangjiajie
Zhangjiajie scenic area
You will spend the full day to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is renowned for the picturesque landscape of large coverage of green plants, tranquil creeks as well as grotesque peaks and rocks. The attractions includs the visits to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area by Bailong Elevator, Tianzi Mountain Natural Reserve and the Ten-mile gallery. Tianzhi Mountain Natural Reserv, known as 'the monarch of the peak forest', has earned its reputation for the stunning view of peaks and picturesque sceneries, which is really a treat to the eyes. The Golden Whip Stream (Jinbian Stream), where the crystal water reflects the shadow of the green trees, ridges and peaks.

Day 6 Zhangjiajie
After breakfast, we will take you to visit the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, which is a good place to relax with the fresh air and picturesque views. Walking on the world's highest and longest glass bridge there can also add more joy to your visit. Later you will take a scenic boat ride on Baofeng Lake, which is one of the world natural heritage sites. Cruising on the lake, you can not only appreciate the picturesque landscape around the lake but also enjoy the beautiful folksongs by local people in traditional costume.

Day 7 Zhangjiajie Exit
Today we will go head to Tian Men Mountain, where you will take the longest cable car of the world to the mountain top. The breathtaking sceneries will impress you deeply. Your Beijing and Zhangjiajie tour package ends here. We then will drive you back to Zhangjiajie and see you off at the airport.
