Qingdao Weather in May

Shirt and light jeans are enough for the cool morning and evening. And it’s okay to wear T-shirt and dress in the afternoon of sunny days. Don’t forget to take a light jacket or a light coat in case of the bad weather.
 In May, Zhan Bridge is a good place to have fun. People always go there to find small fish, small crabs or conches when the sea is in its falling tide. Another place is Badaguan Scenic Area. There are many beautiful blossoms on Shaoguan Road there. If you like flowers, it is the place you should go to have a look. Zhongshan Park is the largest and oldest park in Qingdao City. From mid-April to May, the blooming flowers make a splendid view which is one of the ten most spectacular sights of the city. And appreciating flowers there has been a yearly event for tourists. Xinhao Hill Park (Signal Hill Park) is a better place to overlook old town in Qingdao. There is a viewing platform on the top.

 In case of sunburn, sunscreen and parasol are needed. Little rainy days means the air is still dry, thus do not forget to drink enough water. It is easy to have a cold in spring because the weather is changeable, please take some common medicine. Finally, try to make your arrangement in advance to avoid the rush during the May Day Holiday.
