Da Nang Weather in October

Featured with more rainy days and rising humidity, the Da Nang weather in October is humid and rainy. There are around 20 rainy days this month with a total precipitation of over 600mm, and the humidity soars up to 84%. The continuous heavy rainfall also slightly brings down the temperature. Generally, the average temperature in October ranges from 23 to 29℃(73-84℉).

Due to many downpours, streets and alleys in Da Nang may be flooded and muddy. Nevertheless, the rainy and humid weather also makes Da Nang enter the off-peak travel season when the travel costs will generally decrease a lot accordingly. 

 

Considering the cool and rainy weather, it is recommended to pack clothes like shirts, light pants, thin knit-wears, and jeans when preparing for a Da Nang trip in October. A jacket, or a hoodie is helpful to keep warm on cool rainy days. However, a T-shirt or blouse is enough for sunny days. Da Nang also features a pink color cathedral and don’t miss taking the most impressive pictures there.
