Day 1 Jerusalem - Beijing
Travelers from Jerusalem, the capital city of Israel, planning to travel to China can take the direct flight LY095 22:55-13:30 +1day to Beijing. This flight flies three times one week. China Hainan Airlines also offers a flight HU7958 14:40-05:00 +1day four times one week. Both the two flights take off from the Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. It is the largest and busiest airport in Israel, and only 50 minutes driving distance from Jerusalem by a shared taxi. Travelers could also take the public bus lines 947 and 950 from Jerusalem to the airport at a cost of 24 Shekels.

Different from the Mediterranean climate of Jerusalem, Beijing has a climate with windy spring, long hot summer, cool autumn and long chilly winter. Shanghai is in the southern part of China, so the weather is generally mild and moist. Please check the climate of your destination before your China tour and pack suitable clothes.
