Island Cycling Trip

The first day, you can take the rapid track line and transfer to Zhuhai from Guangzhou. Its starting point is Dashi in Guangzhou and it ends at Gongbei in Zhuhai. It will take you 47 minutes to transfer the whole 140 kilometers. The transfer fare is about ￥50.00 per person.. There are many small snack restaurants near to Gongbei port and you can have a try of the Feitian thin pancake there. It is about ￥12.00 for each one. After a short stroll there, you can follow the nearby Qinglv Road (Lovers Road). This road is regarded as the sign of Zhuhai, by which more and more people will visit Zhuhai. The southern part of this lover road is especially beautiful in the early evening. Then, you will ride to Huangdao Road of Macao. In this road, you can see Macao from a far distance. The next aim is Hengqing bridge and go on your trip to Hengqing island. This island is surrounded by the sea and is the assemble place of the salty and fresh water, thus it becomes the natural oyster place of production. You should not miss the delicious oyster meal upon arriving there. The nearby Long Tengge sand beach is a interesting place and you can have a total relax there. This evening, you will stay at the Hengqing Island for the overnight. Before going to bed, you can encamp first, and then have a celebrating party. That is really fantastic.

The second day, you will set off from Hengqing port and ride along the main road toward the Lianhua Bridge (Lotus Bridge). After passing through the bridge, you will enter the boarder of Luhuang island, which is the small island in Macao. Luhuan is such a place surrounded by the fascinating landscape of hills and trees. To the people from the downtown, it surly is the best choice for the holiday. Especially, there is a walking path attracting many visitors' arrival and appreciation. Walking along the path, you will be companied with the close woods and various kinds of plants. Besides, you may have a distant view of the scene of the nearby island and beach. Meantime, you should not miss the Zhuwan beach and Heisha beach. Having entertainment in the seaside, you also can stroll in the urban avenue and alleyway with Chinese characters and Portugal features. Finally, go back to Zhuhai city and take the bus and return to Guangzhou. The total 110 kilometers' cycling trip ends.
