Shaanxi History Museum: Relics of Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties
During the Northern and Southern dynasties, Shaanxi was the center of various nations. These pottery warriors of different shapes and clothes are the convincing evidence of the ethnological syncretism at that time.
During Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties, frequent changes of regimes and continual civil wars occurred. It is an era that different nationalities began to merge with each other. Being the representatives of different nationalities, a variety of pottery figurines are housed in the museum. It is also a period that Buddhism came into China and spread in China.
