West Xia Museum in Yinchuan, Ningxia

Western Xia Museum is the first of its kind to vividly show the splendid history and culture of the West Xia Kingdom (1038-1227). The museum houses typical cultural relics like stone horses, human-shaped stone bases, tablets, porcelains, Buddhist sutras, Buddhist paintings, statues of Buddha and arhats, reconstructed models of pagodas and murals.
