The grasslands in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Gansu are the wonderful places to relax yourselves. The broad prairies stretch on all sides as far as the eye can see. The continuous hills and green meadows form a peaceful view. Horses gallop on the prairie, sheep graze in the pastures and songs are heard clear over the grasslands.

Terraces

It is a rolling country in the south of the Yangtze River. In order to greatly utilize the hilly land for farming, the farmers level the hillsides or sloping lawns into terraces. Terraced fields can be seen everywhere in the south of China. The most famous terraces are Longji Terraces in Guangxi Province and Hani Terraces in Yunnan Province.
