West Garden Temple Pictures

West Garden Temple, constructed in the Yuan Dynasty, has 700 years of history. Major architecture, such as the Memorial Archways, the Gate to Monastery, Four Guardian Warriors’ Hall, Mahavira Hall and the Sutra Mansion are arranged in the central north-south axis. Avalokitesvara Hall and Arhat Hall lie to the east and west of the Four Guardian Warriors’ Hall. 500 hundred arhats with different expressions sit around the models of four hills (the four ashrams of four Bodhisattvas).
