Situated at 23 Yuanlin Road, northeast of Suzhou, the Lion Grove Garden (Shizilin) was built by a monk in 1342 during the Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368) . Covering an area of about 10,000 square meters, Lion Grove Garden is an ideal site for sightseeing as it has rich ornamental pavilions and towers in different styles.
