Concomitance with the Buddha, Lamas'' life in Dazhao Temple is simple and leisurely.

The Dazhao Temple is the first lamasery constructed in Hohhot, the history of which could be traced back to the later Ming Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, the Emperor Kangxi visited this temple and remained for several days.
