In Shandan County, Zhangye, Gansu Province, numerous Great Wall relics of the Han and Ming dynasties can be seen. Under the sun of the winter, these sections looks quite spectacular. This giant dragon walking in the gobi is praised as 'the Open-air Great wall Museum in China'. However, through years and the erosion of rain and wind, the Wall has been suffering damage.
