There is no direct train from Hong Kong to Sanya.

Passengers should change in Guangzhou Railway Station, then can travel from Hong Kong to Sanya by normal speed train.

 How to get to Guangzhou Railway Station
Passengers should take subway Line 2 from Guangzhou South Railway Station stop to Guangzhou Railway Station stop, about 50 minutes.

 From Sanya to Hong Kong, you need to transfer in Guangzhou. There are 2 normal speed trains from Sanya to Guangzhou within 15 hours. And more than 15 Guangzhou South to Hong Kong West Kowloon high speed trains. The whole duration on the train is around 17.5 hours, with CNY 688.5.
