This is my first time using Travel China Guide. Kina helped me to customize our trip and arranged the train tickets between Zhangjajie to Chongqing. We planned to take the 9am local train but the tickets for soft bed were completely sold. She helped us to arrange the next train with soft bed seats and those were completely sold too. She was able to get hard bed with the assigned seats next to each other. Kina was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I already refer this travel agency to my friend who is interested to travel China.

From the beginning all communication was clear. There was no delays. We could custimize our tours and the guides were always very nice. They listened well to our needs and wishes. We enjoyed the tours very much!

Wendy Lee is the BEST! Everything is flawless. We are very happy with hotel, tour guides, airport and train pick up and sent off, check-in at airport and train station, English speaking guide are with us and arrange everything for us. We can go around with no difficulties at all. So well organized in each cities. Kudos to Wendy Lee! Wish we meet you in person!

Wendy who arranged both my China and Tibet tours was excellent and efficient with her communication and her attention to details.
