Nationals of Syria require a visa to enter Mainland China. To acquire a visa for China, applicants must complete the visa application form online first and select the proper visa type based on their purpose of visit to China. The necessary documents should be provided. All the application materials should be submitted to the consular office of the Embassy in person.
 

1. Completed Visa Application Form with a 48*33mm photo;
2. Original passport (passport with no less than six months validity and blank visa page) and copy of the information page with a 48*33mm photo;
3. Copy of latest visa to China, or latest resident permit in China (if applicative);
4. Copy of ID card, or valid long-term visa to Syria/resident permit in Syria (for citizens of third countries in Syria)
5. Invitation letter issued by authorized departments in China, and must be a group invitation letter;
6. Travel materials such as round-trip ticket orders and hotel orders.

 Notice:
1. The fees above are effective from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2024.
2. Normally the express service is not available.

Besides invitation letter, a passport (with a minimum validity period of 6 months and at least one blank page left in it) and a duly filled application form with a passport style photo affixed are required for your application.

Since you are currently working in UAE, it is convenient for you to apply in Dubai without going back to your home country.

Mr Ahmed, a stay of 6 months? There is no such a long duration of stay. What is your purpose of visit? The solution is to apply for a residence permit after entry.
