Visa Free Policy

Poland citizens are eligible for visa-free entry policy to China from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, for the purpose of traveling, visiting relatives and friends, doing business and transit. The allowed longest duration of stay is 15 days.  From Nov. 30, 2024, the visa-free stay period will be extended to 30 days and exchange visitors will also enjoy the 30-day visa free entry. What's more, HK and Macau also implement 90-day visa free policy for Poland citizens.

 The Consulate General in Gdansk only accepts visa applications from applicants in the four consular district: Pomorskie, Zachodnio-pomorskie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Warmińsko-mazurskie. CItizens of other areas shall go to the CVASC in Warsaw.
 

The CVASC in Warsaw

The visa center accepts visa applications from all Polish citizens holding ordinary passports and citizens of other countries holding a document of valid residence permit or work permit.  Also, citizens planning a trip to Hong Kong or Macau shall also apply at the center.

The Required Documents for Applying Chinese Tourist/Family Visit (L)

1. The original Passport with blank pages and at least 6-month Validity.
2. One properly completed Application Form.
3. One recent passport photo attached on the Application Form.
4. Please offer the copy of Polish Resident Permit if applicants are foreigners.
5. A Confirmation Letter from a Chinese Travel Agency or a Round-trip Airline Ticket.
