The winter is from July to September and the temperature varies from 6 °C (43°F) to 14°C (57°F).
Documents for Applying Temporary Visas
To apply temporary visas, you need prepare the following documents: visa application form, valid passports, two recent color passport size photos, invitation letter from Uruguay, dispatch letter from China, copy of business license of Chinese company (notarized in English and Spanish by the Notary Office and Foreign Affair Office), income certificate of the applicant, round-trip tickets or booking slip.
