 Transportation to the Embassy:
The embassy is located in The Spaces International Center, you can take a public bus and get off at Dong Da Qiao Lu Kou Dong and then you can find the embassy very easily. The buses routes include Bus No. 101, 109, 112, 118, 126, 202, 420, 750, 846, 855 and 858. 

Besides, you can get the public bus No. 126 or 403 and get off at Dong Da Qiao Lu Kou Nan to arrive at the embassy.

 Visa Abolishment Policy
The Republic of Seychelles and China has entered into a Visa Abolishment Policy in 1992. According to the policy, Chinese Diplomatic Visa or Business Visa holders enjoy visa-free access to Seychelles.

Seychelles government recognizes dual nationality.


General Information:

 Name: The Republic of Seychelles

 People: Seychelles has a population of 85,000 in 2005. The population consists of Bantu, Creole people and some other nations.

 Language: Creole is the official language; while English and French are widely used.

 Religion: Ninety percent of the total population embraces Catholicism, eight percent of the people believe in Protestantism and the others conform to Islam, Hinduism or other religions. 

 Geography: It has a land area of 455.39 square kilometers (175.83 square miles), territorial waters surface of 400,000 square kilometers (154,441 square miles) and the exclusive economic zones reaches 1,000,000 square kilometers (386,102 square miles). Consisting of 115 islands of varied sizes, Seychelles is an islands country locating in the west of the Indian Ocean.

 Capital: Victoria is the capital and it has a population of 25,000.

 Important Festival: June 18 (National Day); June 29 (Independence Day)

 Climate: Tropical Rainforest Climate

 Tourism: Seychelles has excellent landscape and about half of the area is dedicated as nature reserves. Regarding as a paradise for tourists, it possesses all the beautiful things that an island country should have.

  Relationship with China: Seychelles and China established the diplomatic relation in 1976.
