All  the applicants in Estonis should fill the application form online in advance and then submit the applications and materials to the consular office.

Estonian Citizens are exempt from Hong Kong Visa/Entry Permit if they enter Hong Kong for sightseeing, visiting friends or business and stay in Hong Kong for not more than 90 days.

1. Fees above are effective from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2024.
2. The regular processing time is 5 working days. For urgent case, the expedited service is available. In addition, extra money will be paid.
