 All applications from ordinary passport holders and applications for visas to Hong Kong and Macau should be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC). 

The Consulate in Calgary will only accept applications from holders of other passport types. Note that applicants don't need to make an appointed to sumbit the materials.

 The regular visa fee is CAD 75 for Canada citizens and CAD 90 for US citizens for all kinds of entries from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2024. CVASC will charge visa fee on behalf of the consulate. Beside, the Center will also charge certain fee for their service. So, the total fee = visa fee + service fee.
