 Asked by Mr. Ford
am in Belo Horizont.
Do I need to submit my application in person in Rio, or is there an agent service available?
How much is the fee, and where do I pay?

 Answered by Ms. MILES(United Kingdom)
Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais is under the consular jurisdiction of China Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, you can submit application in person to the consulate in Rio de Janeiro or entrust a travel agency to do it for you, the fee is R$70,00 for single entry, the service fee is charged by the agency. If you go to the consulate in person, you need to pay for it when you collect it. If you use an agent, you just need to pay for him. He will arrange everything for you.

  Asked by Ms. INNA(UKRAINE)
Im from Ukraine, having vacations in brazil and need to apply for chinese visa type "f". I read in internet that i would need a document called "RNE" to do it. Does anyone know if i really need this document being foreign and needing to apply here???
ps. RNE means registration of foreign, like a brazilian "ID" for foreign...
THANKS!

 Answered by Mr. Ted
Yes, you need RNE for Chinese visa application because you come from Ukraine.
