Tengchong Tuofeng Airport

Tengchong Airport was officially opened to navigation as a civil airport in 2009. It has a runway of 2,350 meters (2670 yards), a terminal of 22,000 square meters (26,312square yards) and 3 parking aprons.
 

Tengchong Airport is located in Tuofeng Village, Qingshui Township, Tengchong County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, about 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) away from downtown Tengchong.

 Tengchong Airport opens direct flights to/from Beijing, Guangzhou Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Xishuangbanna, Xi’an, Changsha, Nanjing and Guiyang. And it plans to open four international air routes to Yangon, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Calcutta and Chittagong.

 It takes about 30 minutes and costs CNY 40 from airport to downtown.
 

Take the Airport – Airport Sightseeing Hotel shuttle bus and get off at Airport Sightseeing Hotel. Then walk about 704 meters (770 yards) to Li Genyuan Former Residence, transfer to the city bus line 4 and get off at Tengchong Coach Station. The duration is about 75 minutes and the cost is CNY 12.
 

Take airport shuttle bus to Airport Sightseeing Hotel, then walk about 190 meters (208 yards) and arrive at Laifeng Coach Station. Change to the city bus line 6 and get off at Ximen Coach Station, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs CNY 12. The following are the ways from Ximen Coach Station to Ginkgo Village.

 1: Shuttle Bus
Take shuttle bus from the coach station to Gudong Town, then change to the Gudong Town – Jiangdong intercity bus and get off at Tengchong Ginkgo Village in the midway.

 2: Chartered Car
Tourists can also choose to charter a car from Ximen Coach Station to Ginkgo Village which may cost CNY 20 per person and takes about 45 minutes.
