Dali Weather in November

During daytime, long shirts, sports pants, and cotton sweater are warm enough. By the end of November, seagulls fly from the north to Dali, especially to Erhai Lake, to spend the cold winter. Small Putuo Island is the perfect place to have an overwhelming sight of Siberian black headed gull in November. 

Dali Foreigner Street, also known as Huguo Road, now turns into the gathering center of foreign visitors in Dali, where you could buy local ethnic souvenirs and have fun in pubs, and taste delicious local snacks.
