Xi'an Metro Line 3

Xi'an metro line 3, an important rail artery crossing the city in the shape of a half-hoop, started operating on November 8, 2016. This metro line passes attractions like Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Qinglong Temple. It also links several commercial areas & transportation hubs such as Yuhuazhai, Xiaozhai, Jixiangcun and Xinjiamiao. It is the only subway line that has the stations passing viaducts so that passengers can have a bird's-eye view of the scenery of the city. With a length of nearly 24.2 miles (39 kilometers), Xi'an subway line 3 commutes from Yuhuazhai to Baoshuiqu, covering 26 stations. The ticket fare is CNY2-8. To finish a whole trip, it takes around 65min.
