After you clear the customs at Pudong Airport, take metro Line 2 (bound for Xujingdong) and get off at Hongqiao Railway Station stop. This step needs 1.5h and CNY8.

There are more than 100 bullet trains between 06:00 and 21:30 every day. You may get to Hangzhou within one hour.
