What to Buy
Tai'an has a well-developed agricultural sector, and so it is recommended thatyou sample some of the areas fresh produce when out around the city's shops.If you do wish to buy something, the Feicheng peach, Taishan chestnut and Ningyang date are all highly-recommended. Other types of food the city is famous for includes: Taishan ginseng; Taishan walnut; Taishan hawthorn; Red-star apple; and Chilin-yu (red phosphorus fish).

Caiyuan Street
Caiyuan Street is an old commercial street in Tai'an and contains a large number of shops. Sihai Shopping Mall is just located on this street and can be reached via bus routes 3, 8 and 12.

Inzone Shopping Mall
Covers an area of 20,000 square meters and offers a large variety of outlets. The mall also provides other services such as an ATM, a post office, a KFC and beauty salon.

Objectively speaking, the night life of Tai'an is not so well-developed. Usually, after the closure of stores at 21:00, few people walk in the street. But in the entertainment areas, you can find many young people enjoying themselves after a day's work. If you go to Tai'an on a tour, you might as well choose a bar or somewhere with a good atmosphere to relax.

 Bars 
Most of the bars are located on Hongmen Road, Tai'an, which is the way to the Mount Taishan. After going down the mountain, tourists like to stop in the bars to talk about their experiences, sipping the exquisite wine. Here are the three bars highly recommended by locals:

Havana
The name of this bar is associated with the capital of Cuba, Havana, and the Havana Carnival. Needless to say, the bar-keeper hopes to bring a carnival atmosphere to the customers.
Location: at the south end of Hongmen Road and diagonally opposite the north gate of the Dai Temple.

Feile
It's a very cozy bar. Listening to the music and tasting the wine, you will feel intoxicated.

Caribbean
What a good name! It connects the bar with a beautiful Caribbean beach and a feeling of relaxation.

 Cinemas 
There are quite a few cinemas in Tai'an, but it's said that the Taishan Cinema is better and it is also very convenient to get there.

When talking about coffee, needless to say, western people know more than the Chinese. But in recent years, many well-known cafes have appeared in China, such as UBC Coffee and Mingtien Coffee Language, both of which are very popular with the Chinese people.
