Airline Lounges: 14 airline lounges operating at different hours are sitting in the Departures Halls (Level 6-7).

 HKIA VIP Lounges: Passengers can complete check-in, security check, immigration and custom formalities within the lounge.

 Pay-in Lounges: 7 pay-in lounges in the Departures Halls (L6&L7) are in service.

Prayer Rooms: Passengers who want to pray or be in quiet contemplation may find comfort in the airport's two non-denominational prayer rooms.

Electronic Carts: Nineteen electronic carts operate in the restricted area of the Arrival and Departure Levels to carry passengers to and from the gates for their aircraft. Go to Departures Level (L6) in Terminal 1 or call 24-hour hotline +852 2275 0000.  
 

Nursing Rooms: A total of 33 nursing rooms are available 16 in Terminal 1, 4 in T1 Satellite Concourse, 11 in T1 Midfield Concourse and 2 in SkyPier.

 Infant Stroller: Infant strollers with luggage storage space are available in the restricted area for free and no reservation is required. You can also hire a baby stroller at a charge through your airlines.
 

Shops: A number of shops cover beauty and personal care, books, arts, crafts, convenience stores, electronics, fashion, jewellery and watches. Most of the shops are in the restricted area.

Restaurants: Coffee shops, bakeries, bars, snack bars and restaurants can be found in both the Restricted Areas and the Non-restricted Areas.
