Nanyang Jiangying Airport

Nanyang Jiangying Airport opened in October, 1992 and has been expanded in 1998, and it is currently the 4D flight training base of China Southern Airlines. Covering an area of 478 acres, it has a runway of 2,800 meters (3062 yards), the parking apron of 24,000 square meters where 10 planes can be parked at the same time, and a terminal of 8,262 square meters. The terminal adopts the one-half layout with first floor for departure and arrival hall, check-in area, baggage handling room, and VIP room, and second floor mainly for the waiting area. It not only fully expresses the unique culture of Nanyang, but also creates a comfortable and pleasant travel environment for tourists.
 Situated at Wancheng District, Nanyang City, Henan Province, Nanyang Airport is 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) east of the city center.

 1: Take the bus line 4/K4 to Nanyang Railway Station, the take a train to the county. There are five trains leaving from Nanyang to Xixia with a travel time of 1 hour and 25 minutes. The fare for a hard seat is CNY 16.5, a hard sleeper is CNY 62.5, and a soft sleeper is CNY 96.5.

 2: Also you can walk 127 meters (139 yards) from railway station to Nanyang Coach Station. Buses to Xixia operate from 06:00 to 19:20 with an interval of 30 to 40 minutes. The fare is CNY 25 and the duration is 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.

 Nanyang Jiangying Airport is equipped with a modern national computerized ticketing system and departure system, as well as advanced equipment of international level such as navigation command, communication navigation, weather radar and safety inspection.
