 Visitors can take convenient coaches to other cities and attractions within Guizhou Province including Zunyi, Kaili, Anshun, Huangguoshu Waterfall and Daozhen Old Town. Tickets can be purchase on the right side of the arrival hall of T1 via the bus ticket vending machine. The long-distance bus ticket counter directly opposite the Exit A / B on the first floor of T2, and the bus station of Guiyang Airport on the first floor of T2.

 Longdongbao Railway Station is an underground high-speed station within walking distance to the airport. At present bullet trains to/from Chongqing, Guangzhou and Bijie are available here. It is located in the same building with the Longdongbao Airport light rail station. Passengers can take line 2 to achieve easily transfer between plane, train and subway.

Passengers arriving by air should walk to Gate no. 11 of the Domestic Arrival Hall in T2, take the escalator on the right downstairs, and then turn left for 45 meters (50 yards) to find the railway station. Going to the North Railway Station by train takes around 20min and costs CNY7 for a first-class seat and CNY4 for a second-class seat. The train departs at 08:05 every day. Or you can take metro line 1 to the North Station directly, spending 30 minutes and CNY5.
