Xing’an General Airport

 Brief intro: Xing’an General Airport is the first general airport in Guangxi Province which is built to meet the demand of high-end air travel business. Covering a land of 4.4 square kilometers (1,087 acres), Xing’an General Airport has two runways with the length of 1.2 kilometers (0.7 mile) and 0.8 kilometer (0.5 mile) separately, a taxiway of 0.5 kilometer (0.3 mile) and 20 aircraft hangars. Mainly operating helicopters flying below 300 meters of airspace, the airport will operate air travel routes of Li River, Longji Rice Terraces and Ziyuan Danxia Landforms in the early period. With a journey time of about 30 minutes, the air route will enable tourists to take in the scenery of Guilin in a glance.

 Location: Xing’an Airport is constructed near Baizhupu Village of Rongjiang Town, Xing’an County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province, which lies in the upper reaches of Li River. It is about 37 kilometers (23 miles) away from Downtown Guilin.

 Xing’an General Airport will provide left luggage, baggage packing, Lost & Found, WIFI, VIP Service, Special Service for passengers like the disabled & the seniors, shops and restaurants and other necessary facilities and services.
 Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is about 28 kilometers (17 miles) from downtown Guilin. It has flights to/from domestic cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Taipei and international destinations like Seoul, Kuala Lumper, Bangkok, Singapore, Busan and Jeju Island.
After arrival, there are taxis and airport shuttle buses of three lines to downtown area. Besides, passengers can take intercity shuttle buses to Yangshuo, Hezhou, Yizhou, Liuzhou and Lipu.
  1. Guilin Railway Station
Operating both ordinary and bullet trains, Guilin Railway Station has trains to/from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Xi'an, Changsha, Nanning, Liuzhou, Beihai, etc. Also, from 11:23 to 11:30 on every Monday and Friday, there is a train to Hanoi. And on every Wednesday and Saturday, the train from Hanoi stops at Guilin from 14:23 to 14:28.
To travel to downtown Guilin, passengers can take taxis, long-distance bus, or bus line 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 16, 19, 20, 22, 25b, 88, 91, 99, 100, 201, 205 & 301.

 2. North Railway Station
Guilin North Railway Station has high speed trains to/from Yangshuo, Kunming, Shenzhen, Beihai, Nanning, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Liuzhou and normal trains to Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming, Xi’an, Changsha, Nanjing, etc. Except taxi, bus line 1, 18, 32, 100, 211, 303, K99, K301, K301B & K302 can reach downtown area. 

 3. West Railway Station
Guilin West Railway Station mainly operates bullet trains to/from Guiyang, Yangshuo, Chongqing, Sanjiang, Shenzhen, Foshan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc.
Taxis and bus line 22 & 330 can get to downtown Guilin.
