Beihai Nightlife

Nowadays, people living in Beihai come from different areas of China. The cultures of North China and South China converge here making this city more charming to visitors.

When night falls, people in Beihai who love night life all get together and make this charming city a 'City without Night'. In this sub-tropic seaside city the atmosphere of night life is really dense. The light from a myriad of streetlamps flows over the night scenes and brings tourists into a dreamy palace. The prosperous and busy night market adds luster to the city especially on the Beibu Gulf Road.

At night on the Beibu Gulf Road you can find many stalls that sell fresh, local sea food. If you want to taste the best seafood at night, check out the Waisha Sea Food Island located in the northern part of Sichuan Road. Beer and other alcohol drinks are always available. You can find and taste all the delicious, local food at the night market including many kinds of rice noodle and many varieties of delicious Chinese soup flavored with seafood.

If you would like to find some places for entertainment, here are some recommended nightclubs: Stars on the Sea Night Club near Shangri-la Hotel, Taihe Night Club near Taihe Hotel, and Zhongyu Night Club near Zhongyu Hotel. The fee for a table normally costs CNY18-38 per person. Drinks are, of course, extra.
