Famous Attractions

 1: Liqian Ancient City
It is located in the south of Yongchang County of Jinchang City in Gansu Province. Over two thousand years ago, Liqian Ancient City was not only a city of military importance along the Silk Road, but also a multi-ethnic place. The city amalgamated the architectural style of Ancient Rome and the Western Han Dynasty (202BC - 9AD). The ancient city is a castle with Jinshan Temple, ancient residences and a square in it.
 
 2: Jinchang East Lake Scenic Area
Jinchang East Lake Scenic Area, also known as “Jinshui Lake”, is located in the east of downtown Jinchang. It covers an area of 236 hectares and is the largest artificial reclaimed water storage landscape belt in Northwest China. The reservoir in the scenic area is composed of five lakes with a total area of about 60 hectares. It is a city landscape project which integrates water storage, leisure, sightseeing and ecological protection.
 
 3: Jinchuan National Mine Park
Jinchuan National Mine Park is located in the southwest of Jinchang City, Gansu Province. The main attractions is the largest man-made old open mine pit in China, including viewing platform, Mine Science and Technology Museum and tourists passage of Tailings Reservoir.
