Chongqing Ship

Chongqing Chaotianmen Dock, at the junction of the Yangtze River and the Jialing River, is one of the busiest ports in China. It provides several passenger ships to Yichang along the Yangtze River, taking 30-49 hours and at least CNY446. 

If you don’t want to travel that far, there is Yangtze River night cruise lasting for about 45 minutes and ferries to Danzishi, Jiangbei and Dazhulin from Chaotianmen Dock. 

If you want to appreciate the mighty Yangtze River thoroughly at a leisurely pace, then the ships for a Yangtze River Cruise are also available at Chaotianmen Dock. The cruise downstream from Chongqing to Yichang usually takes 4 days and 3 nights. During the cruise, you can also go ashore to visit some scenic spots.

 Chaotianmen Dock also provides ferries to Danzishi Scenic Area and Dazhulin Area. Ferries from Chaotianmen Dock to Danzishi Wharf also stop at Jiangbeizui Dock. In this way, Yuzhong District, Jiangbei District and Nan'an District are well connected. The ferries between Chaotianmen and Dazhulin can help tourists appreciate the scenery of Yangtze River and Jialing River, passing several popular scenic areas in Chongqing, such as Hongya Cave and Ciqikou.

1.Take metro line 1 and get off at Chaotianmen Dock directly. 
2.Take public bus no.414, 440, 503 or 553, then arrive at Changbin Road Ninth Dock. Then walk north around 200 meters (220 yards) to find the destination.

1.Take bus no.119, 338, 373 or 375 to Nanbin Road Changjiahui Bus Stop. Then walk south for around 50 meters to find the dock.
2.Take metro Circle Line and get off at Danzishi Station first. Then walk southwest for around 1 kilometer (0.6 mile).

1.Take metro line 1 and get to Chaotianmen Station. Then walk north for around 500 meters (550 yards).
2.Take bus no.181, 382, 503, 553 or 871 and get to Chaotianmen Bus Stop. Then walk north for about 370 meters (400 yards).

How to Get There: Take bus no.668 to get to Luzhu Road. Next, people can directly see the dock.
