Shiyan East Railway Station

Shiyan East Railway Station is about 17 kilometers (10.5 miles) from Wuyan Pedestrian Street in city center, 16 kilometers (10 miles) from Shiyan Railway Station, 20 kilometers (12 miles) to Shiyan Wudangshan Airport and 47 kilometers (30 miles) away from Wudang Mountain.

As a crucial component of Wuhan - Shiyan High Speed Railway Line, Shiyan East Train Station mainly operates high speed trains to/from Xiangyang, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and Shijiazhuang. In the future, it plans to open high speed trains to/from Xi'an, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu and Chongqing.

Shiyan East Railway Station consists of two parts: front square and station building. The front square is an integrated traffic hub. Passengers can get and leave there conveniently by bus, taxi and private vehicles. There are two levels in main station building which contains ticket office, waiting hall, platforms…
 

1. There is only one bus stop in Shiyan East Railway Station called Gaotie Shiyan Dongzhan. Passengers can take city bus line 86, 96, 98, 99 and airport bus line 2 to other places in Shiyan, like Wanda Plaza, City Sports Center and City Museum.

2. Taking a taxi to downtown Shiyan takes about CNY 20 - 25 and 20 minutes.
 1. Take city bus line 99 from the railway station to Municipal Administration Center, then transfer to line 12 at the same stop and get off at Gujiagang. Change to line 202 and arrive at Wulonggong Road. The west gate of the scenic area is about 200 meters (218 yards) walk from the bus stop. The whole journey takes about 2 hours and CNY 8/person.

2. Passengers will spend CNY 140 - 150 and about 1 hour and 15 minutes to the scenic area by taxi.
 1. Airport bus line 2 can arrive at Wudangshan Airport directly. The bus depart at 07:40, 10:45 and 16:40. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and CNY 5/person.

2. Taking a taxi to the airport costs about CNY 50 - 60 and takes about 35 minutes.
 1. City bus line 99 connects the two train stations. Take the bus and get off at North Square of Shiyan Railway Station. The travel time is about 45 minutes and the ticket fare is CNY 2.

2. Or you can go by taxi which may take about CNY 35 - 45 and about 35 minutes.
