Flights VS. High Speed Trains

Many direct flights are available between the two cities with duration of 2 hour or so. If you are pressed for time, this would be a better choice. But flight travel may cost more than rail travel and the weather change may cause flight delays easily; in contrast, high speed trains are punctual in most cases. Also, the airports are located a little far from the downtown area.
