I am so impressed that these trains have sleepers! The country of my home only have sleepers on coaches (a.k.a. Xpress Passenger Trains (XPT)/Regional Trains). The picture below is a picture of me waiting for a train.

I booked tickets for the whole family from Beijing to Xi'an for the upcoming summer trip. Since I am not very sure how I get my tickets once in China and how to enter the railway station I asked their customer service lots of questions. They responded very promptly and provided all information I needed. Their booking experience and customer service were super good. I plan to use their service again to book train tickets and travel inter-city within China.
