The station is made up of a four-storey terminal building and a front square.
 2F: waiting rooms, restaurants, hot drinking water, toilet 
 1F: platforms, ticket office, waiting rooms, entrance/ exit, hot drinking water, toilet

  Arrival by bus:

Passengers arriving by bus are dropped off on the front square. For those with a ticket, read the ticket carefully to see which waiting room you should go, and then enter the station directly to the correct waiting room and wait for departure. For those without, purchase or pick up the ticket in the ticket office on the first floor of the terminal building. Afterwards, go to the correct waiting room.

 Arrival by taxi:
It takes 15 minutes and costs about CNY15 from Pavilion of Prince Teng.
It takes around 40 minutes and costs approximately CNY50 from West Railway Station.
It takes about an hour and costs around CNY90 from Changbei International Airport.
 Many check points are available in the waiting rooms. Before checking in, passengers should read their tickets carefully to know exactly where to have the tickets checked. After that, passengers are led to the platform to get onboard. One thing to remember is that red tickets can only be checked manually, while blue ones can be checked at automatic ticket checking machines.
 Upon arriving, all passengers will be led to -1F to get out. After confirming the routes, passengers can go to the parking lot to take bus or taxi to leave the station.

 Leave by bus:
Bus stops are located on the front square.

 Leave by taxi:
Passengers can find taxi stands on -1F. There are signs showing the direction.

 Transportation to other places:
 West Railway Station:
Take Gaotie Bus Line 1 to get there directly.

 Pavilion of Prince Teng:
Take bus line 2 (inner line) to Tengwangge station and then walk 320 yards northward to the destination.

 Changbei International Airport:
Take Airport Shuttle Bus Line 1 to the airport. The bus is available from 06:00 to 21:00 every 10-20 minutes. It takes an hour and a half or so and the ticket fare is CNY15.
  Ticket Office:
Ticket office is located at the east side of the first floor. Ticket changes and refunds are dealt at the east side of the office, while ticket issuing are available at the west side.

 Waiting Rooms:
Six waiting rooms are available in the station. Waiting room no. 1 and no. 2 are located on the second floor; behind these two waiting rooms, one can find the waiting room no. 5 and no. 6; Waiting room no. 3 is located on the first floor; next to the left luggage office on 1F, one can find the waiting room no. 4. Hot water, toilets and nursery room for mothers and babies are all provided inside for passengers' convenience.

 Left luggage service:
Left luggage service is close to the exit. It usually charges CNY10 for a large bag and CNY5 for a small bag per day.
