Harbin North Railway Station

Harbin North Railway Station is about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from Ice and Snow World, 18 kilometers (11 miles) from Harbin Railway Station, 22 kilometers (13.6 miles) from West Railway Station, 27 kilometers (16.7 miles) from East Railway Station, and 50 kilometers (31 miles) from Taiping International Airport.

As a major station of Harbin – Qiqihar High Speed Railway, North Train Station has bullet trains to/from Qiqihar, Daqing, Shenyang, Tieling, Qinkang, Hunchun, Yanji, Tumen, Jilin, Shuangcheng, Fuyu, Zhaodong, and Changchun etc. Besides, this station has normal trains to/from Tianjin, Changchun, Dalian, Qiqihar, Shenyang, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, Shanhaiguan, Beidaihe, Xuzhou, Hefei, and Bengbu Etc.

 Harbin North Train Station has modern architecture elements and unique charm of European style architecture. The whole station presents a “Little Oriental Paris” urban aesthetics. The North Station has a two-storey terminal building and a font square.

 Arrival by subway: line 2 (not opened yet)

In the future, North Station will be connected with the downtown area by subway line 2. Phase one of subway line 2 is scheduled to open by the end of 2020.

 Arrival by long-distance bus:
Located to the north of the North Train Station, Harbin North Coach Station will be built in the near future to serve the public. After its completion, passengers can get to or leave the North Railway Station easily by long-distance buses.
  Ice and Snow World
Take bus no. 223 or 552 to get there directly.

 Harbin Railway Station
Take bus no. 223 to Taiyangdao Daokou and then transfer to no. 47 to the destination.
Or passengers can take a train to get there. Duration is 11 or 13 minutes.

 West Train Station
Take bus no. 215 to Gongludaqiao first and then change to no. 67 to Yida’eryuan ((2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University) where passengers can take subway line 3 to the West Station.
O they can go there by train, taking 23 – 30 minutes.

 East Train Station
Take bus no. 223 to Hezhoujie first, and then walk about 300 meters (328 yards) to Gongludaqiao where they can take bus no. 66 or 84 to the East Station. 
Or they can take a train to go there. Duration is 25 – 39 minutes.                                                          

 Taiping International Airport
Passengers can go to Harbin Train Station first and then take airport shuttle bus line 1 there to the airport. The shuttle bus departs between 04:30 and 20:00 every 15 minutes. Duration is an hour and ticket fare is CNY20 per person.
  Ticket Office
The ticket office is located at the east side of the first floor. There are 12 ticket windows in service for passengers to purchase, refund or change tickets. An LED screen showing the latest ticket information can be found inside the ticket office and the information is updated every 10 minutes.

 Waiting Hall
Both 1F and 2F have waiting areas. The orange seats are provided for the disabled. Toilets and hot drinking water are provided inside the waiting hall.

 Information Inquiry Machines
Four Information inquiry machines are provided in the station for passengers to search for train schedule, latest ticket information and the nearby bus information. Two of them are located inside the ticket office on 1F and another 2 are inside the waiting hall.
