One of the main buildings in the park is called Wanchun Pavilion, where you can see the magnificent panorama of Forbidden City and overlook the Beihai Park on its west and Drum Tower far on the north.

Another 4 pavilions were settled on east and west side of Wanchun Pavilion in an axial symmetry. Fulan Pavilion and Zhoushang Pavilion look exactly the same, embellished by glazed tiles of peacock blue and amethystine color. In sunny day, tiles shine brightly under the sunlight. Jifang Pavilion and Guanmiao Pavilion were also built in the same structure with the same decoration. The double eave roof was carpeted with glaze tiles of Emerald green and lemon yellow.

You can not only learn the charming Chinese traditional architecture here, but also walk on the winding path shadowed by verdant giant trees. In spring, you may even see blooming peony and tulip twinkling under the sun.
