Important Notice
Price
1.Free of charge for children under 120cm (3.9 feet), or less than 6 years old.
2.Free of charge for visitors over 60. Kindly present your passport to the staff member at the entrance for verification.
3.Minors between 6-18 years old enjoy half price.
Reservation
1.The tickets are released 7 days in advance; we will book the tickets for you as soon as they are available.
2.Your valid Passport/ID information is required for booking, and one person can only book one ticket per day.
3.NO separate sales for child ticket. One adult ticket could only bundled up one child ticket. You could purchase adult ticket for excess children.
How to Book and Use
1.Book & pay online, get email confirmation with QR code, show QR code and your passport on site.
2.Travelers in one order should enter the site together.
3.The ticket is only valid for the selected visiting date.
Opening Hours
April 1 - October 31: Entrance: 6:00 - 19:00; Inside gardens: 8:00 to 16:30
November 1 - March 31: Entrance: 6:30 - 18:00; Inside gardens: 8:30 to 16:00
Cancellation
1.Free cancellation if sending the request by email 24 hours before the designated entry time.
2.After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3.Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
What to Expect

Located in the center of Beijing, Beihai Park is the earliest and the best preserved classical royal garden in China. Witnessing the Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties for nearly a thousand years, it is the foremost representation of royal gardens and a masterpiece of culture and art of ancient times. Beihai Park draws on gardening techniques from various places. It has not only the magnificence of gardens in north China but also the graceful charm of private gardens in south China.

White Dagoba


The White Dagoba is the landmark of Beihai Park, which is on the top of a hill in the Jade Flowery Islet. It is a Tibetan dagoba symbolizing that Buddhist doctrine shines on the earth and is as radiant as the sun and the moon.

Wing On Bridge


It is the largest bridge in Beihai Park, and a wide stone bridge reaching the Jade Flowery Islet. There are ancient stone lions and memorial archways at both ends of the bridge. 

Nine-Dragon Screen


Both sides of this screen wall are made of seven-colored glazed tiles. There are 9 large colorful dragons embossed on each side and 635 dragons in total on the wall. This is the only double-sided screen wall among three ancient nine-dragon screens in China

How to get to Beihai Park Beijing
 By subway: Take subway line 6 and get off at Beihai North Station.

 By bus:
Take the bus 3, 13, 42, 107, 111, 118, 612, 701 and get off at Beihai Park North Gate Station.
Take the bus 5, 58 and get off at Xibanqiao Station, and you can find the East Gate of Beihai Park nearby.
Take the bus 5, 101, 103, 109, 124, 128, Sightseeing bus 1, Sightseeing bus 2 and get off at Beihai Station.
