How to Book and Use

Notices on the Ice Slides:

1.There are only 14 ice sliders inside, and it takes 2-3 hours for queuing. We suggest that all visitors wear warm clothes and shoes.
2. It is a complimentary entertainment, and there is no refund if you do not have time to take it.
3. Children under 160cm or 15 years old should be accompanied by an adult.

Change & Cancellation

1. Free cancellation if sending the request by email 24 hours before the designated entry time.
2. After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.

As the world’s largest ice and snow theme park, Harbin Ice and Snow world is undoubtedly one of the best winter destinations in China. It opens from late December to early March each year and treats tourists a feast of eyes.
