Celebrations can be seen around the city for at least one week. Don’t miss the spectacular parade, along with delicious street food, lively music, traditional games, and the gorgeous Tet firework show. Apart from diving deep into the local culture, appreciating the centuries-old buildings is a must-do. No matter Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese-style Confucius Temple or French colonial buildings are all worth your attention. After the sun goes down, the ancient town shows its different charm. It’s a lot of fun to walk around the night market, taste local snacks, buy some handicrafts, or just drink a cup of Vietnamese coffee under colorful lanterns to enjoy the beautiful vibes.

Although it offers unique memories visiting Hoi An during the Tet Festival, the travel costs may soar up, and a number of restaurants and hotels may be closed. Please book hotels as early as possible because they are really in hot demand at that time.
