A bus is one of the most popular commuting options. There are 150 routes spreading over the city. Before getting around, we recommend you to buy a map from the central city hub. You can buy a single side bus ticket from Ben Thanh bus station located on Tran Hung Dao Street.

Option 1
Public Bus 152 is the cheapest but not much convenient. If you are taking a bus from the airport, you will see the bus stop on the right side towards De Than Street.
Schedule: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, runs by a gap of 20 minutes
Route: Bus 152 runs through the City Center and reaches the final stop, i.e., San bay Tan Son Nhat

Yellow Bus 109 is a modern city bus which is more expensive than the Public Bus. Although it is a cheaper option compared to a metered taxi.
Schedule: 5:30 am to 1:30 am, runs after 20 minutes
Route: This bus runs via the City Center and reaches the final stop, i.e., Pham Ngu Lao street
Average Cost: VND 20,000 per person
 

Option 3
Shuttle Bus 49 is the same as Yellow Bus 109. But only the difference is these shuttle buses 49 has drop-off points at the city and significant hotels of the city.

Route: Runs via the City Center and takes stops at significant hotels
