TCG Attended 2016 Huangshan Tourism Festival

The 2016 Huangshan Tourism Festival and the 5th Anhui International Travel Agents Conference were held on Oct. 16, 2016, in Huangshan City, Anhui Province. TCG appointed two delegates to attend the meeting and have an exploratory tour there to better design itineraries for our guests. They visited the poetic Tunxi Ancient Street, Longchuan Scenic Area, the world-famous Yellow Mountain (Huangshan in Chinese), and picturesque Hongcun and Xidi ancient villages. The unique cultural relics of ancient Anhui style, excellent shows and delicious local snacks have left a deep impression on our delegates. We sincerely hope that this place will be known to more and more people around the world.

TCG's New App 'Chinese Zodiac & Love Horoscopes' Launched

Recently, our company has developed a new app named Chinese Zodiac & Love Horoscopes.Users can easily find their Chinese zodiac signs and best love matches by putting in their birthdates and genders. Additionally, they can look up information about their characters, monthly and yearly fortunes, and things to do or not to do. TCG Received a Large Student Group Tour in Xi'an

On April 18, 2016, TravelChinaGuide received a large student group of 70 members that joined the AFS Intercultural Programs. The young tour group was mainly made up of high school students from the US, Italy, Germany, and Thailand. To better serve our guests, we designed an interesting 5-day itinerary for the group.
On day 1 our tour guide and driver picked up the student group and transferred them to their hotel. Later, they were treated to a local specialty for dinner. The essence tour started on the second day. We drove the group to the Terracotta Army, the eighth wonder of the world. Then they explored the nearby Huaqing Hot Springs and Mt. Lishan. The following day the students visited the age-old Xi'an City Wall and enjoyed a cycling experience on the brick-paved walls. Later on, they paid a visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Museum, and the Moslem Quarter with the Great Mosque. The most impressive part of the tour was the visit to a Children's Village. The students presented gifts to the orphans and played games with them. On the last day, they went to the Qujiang Aquarium and Tang Paradise, enjoying a chance to appreciate an amazing performance which brought them back to the Tang Dynasty more than 1,000 years ago.
As always, the trip went smoothly. We are pleased to help the foreign students learn more about China and feel the charm of this great country.

If you browse our website, you can see the URL shown in the address bar starts with 'https' instead of the former 'http'. 2016 TCG New Year Party & Award Ceremony

January 16th, 2016 was a fantastic day for TravelChinaGuide, as it was the 18th anniversary of the founding of our company and the date that the 2016 New Year Party was held. At five o’clock in the evening, the party began with a hot dance, lighting up the atmosphere greatly. Next, the Deputy Manager gave a short speech, concluding the achievements made in the past year and expressing her hopes for the new year to develop more competitive tourist products to better serve tourists from all over the world. Then there came the climax. Six staff were nominated as the elites of our company in terms of professional performance and each was awarded a fat red envelope to thank them for the hard work.

Next, the party continued in a lucky draw, an exciting moment. At the interval between different prizes were issued, an amazing dance of Mongolian flavor and funny games were performed. Everyone was joyful in this occasion. Finally, a big dinner was served. All staff made a toast and wished for a better new year.
